| NOTES |
: |
I shot the Rosette back at Christmas time from my backyard in Spring, TX (25m north of Houston) with decent results considering the light pollution, but couldn't get much of the red with the unmodified camera. I recently acquired a modified 300D and wanted to go back and add some new data, and this is the result. Could have saved a lot of time and obtained better results from a dark site, but the timing and the weather have not cooperated enough lately to allow that. Also, thank God for autoguiding! |
